The room lacked basic amenities, such as a kettle. There was also no iron for clothes. The car park was a BIG problem. It was not suitable for larger vehicles.

A Good Stay Near the Mezquita

I found the hotel's location excellent. It was hard to imagine a better one! The staff was friendly, and I appreciated their willingness to help. I really liked the cleanliness and style of the hotel. I did not eat there, but the food looked amazing.
The shower did not have hot water, and the water pressure was not strong enough. The room had a bad smell, and it was very noisy! There was a lot of noise from washing dishes and people talking during the whole night.

The location was great, right next to the cathedral, made sightseeing very convenient.
The bathroom was not great. The shower lacked hot water, and the water pressure was insufficient. my room had a noticeable bad smell and was very noisy (i could hear people talking during the night). The sounds of washing dishes kept me up (this was quite annoying).

the location was central. it was easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel. the staff was helpful with directions (i needed a lot of help).
the air conditioning was quite loud. it made it hard to sleep. also, the mini bar had an extra charge, which i did not expect. i also found a couple bugs in my room.
